the perfect breakfast (delicious, eggy, vegetarian, low cal)
we just made the perfect breakfast. wow. it doesn't matter how you slept, this breakfast will make you forget it all and ascend into the clouds blissfully. simply combine:
- four eggs, scrambled
- if you are going for low cal, ensure you have a nonstick pan and use at most 1tsp of olive oil to cook the eggs on
- season reasonably with salt and pepper
- stir very often on a lower heat to get them extra fluffy, and turn the heat off about 1min before you would normally, they will finish cooking in the residual heat
- two small wraps
- we like egg white wraps for the macros, but tortillas are perfect
- just microwave them first
- 4tsp of pico de gallo
- a few pieces of mango pickles (North Indian style)
